We hope you’ll stay in The Rooted Collaborative forever, but just in case you have to leave us, we want to make sure you’re 100% clear on the terms that you’re agreeing to:

• By placing an order with us, you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

• Your card will be immediately charged when you join. Paying Annually? Same deal! 

• If you ever decide the RC Lounge isn’t your jam and you want to cancel your membership, we require a written notice 10 business days before your credit card is set to renew your membership and confirmation of receipt from The Rooted Collaborative team. No confirmation, no cancellation. Missed the cutoff date? It’ll take effect the following month. 

• We work our buns off to ensure you’re satisfied so we don’t typically offer refunds. However, we do reserve the right to give reimbursements, discounts, and other consideration in select circumstances at our discretion. These requests can be submitted to hi@therootedcollaborative.com.
